Our vision is to create an equity release and later life mortgage advice service that is straightforward and simple for our clients to access. We only employ highly trained specialist advisors to deliver clear and transparent advice to ensure you receive a bespoke, tailored solution to your needs.
We offer qualified advice, upfront and without charge, so you understand the proposed solution before proceeding or incurring any costs.
Our team will keep you updated and informed during the progress of the application, and we will actively manage the case to ensure it moves from application to completion in a timescale to suit your needs and circumstances.
How we help
The Process
After we have discussed your needs, we will research the market for you and provide you with a comprehensive Equity Release Report explaining:
- Which plan is best for you and why
- How it works
- How it meets your needs
- What the costs are
- The benefits and the risks of the plan
If we cannot help you access funds from your home, or you decide it is not for you after all, you will not pay us a penny.
If you decide to proceed, we will apply for you, arrange to have your home valued, and obtain a Mortgage Offer from your lender. Before you accept the Offer, we can arrange a face to face meeting with a solicitor to ensure you understand everything.
We deal with all the case administration on your behalf and when your plan completes we charge a Fixed Arrangement Fee of £1,495. If the plan does not complete you pay us nothing.

This approach is not entirely unselfish! It typically takes 6-8 weeks to put a new plan in place. By investing a little time at the beginning of the process and giving you advice for free, we save time and resources by only working with clients that really need us, and that will benefit from our service.
